Susan Schaeffer Macaulay's book is "For the Children's Sake: Foundations of Education for Home and School" EXCELLENT! She talks about how asking a young boy to sit still for hours on end while being lectured at is a sin on the part of us adults. God demands more from us as teachers/leaders and nurturers of intellect to excite them about the world around them--not deprive them of it. Love it!
Yes I am familiar, some what. Thanks for the link!!! I hated sitting for hours on end, so why would I make my children do it??? Education should be fun and interactive.
